Hi, I'm Ryan Potter.

I have always been obsessed with how systems work. Before starting Potter Analytics Group I spent years in energy trading and finance. High stakes environments where bad data or a broken process does not just cause inefficiency, it costs real money. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for what it means to have operations that actually work.

When I started talking to small business owners I kept seeing the same thing. Smart people with great products being held back by manual work, disconnected tools, and systems that were never really built to scale. I started Potter Analytics Group because I believe every business deserves to run like a well-oiled machine regardless of size or budget.
